How to Get Through the City of Nevşehir
Another convenient option from where you can get to Cappadocia is Nevşehir. There are several direct flights to the city from Istanbul every day. The largest number of flights is carried out by Turkish Airlines. One-way ticket prices range from 100 to 140 TL, travel time usually takes 70-90 minutes. From Istanbul to Cappadocia by Bus
The bus is a very popular, convenient, and comfortable way to travel throughout Turkey. You can get to Cappadocia from Istanbul by bus both at night and during the day. Direct transport from the main Istanbul bus station to the city of Nevşehir is offered by several bus companies at once, the main of which are Seyahat, Nevşehir, Metro, and Kamil Koç. On average, the journey takes about 10-12 hours. Please note that most of these buses are night buses, that is, you leave in the evening and in the morning you find yourself at the Nevşehir bus station.
